INCLUSIVE INSURANCE WEBINAR
INCLUSIVE INSURANCE WEBINAR
Dates: 7–9 July 2026
Course Overview
Inclusive insurance plays a vital role in protecting low-income households, smallholder farmers, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) against health, climate, asset, and livelihood risks. Despite growing recognition of its importance, significant protection gaps remain across Africa, leaving many individuals and businesses vulnerable to financial shocks. Expanding access to affordable, accessible, and appropriate insurance solutions is therefore essential to enhancing resilience, promoting financial inclusion, and supporting sustainable economic development.
This webinar is designed to strengthen the capacity of (re)insurance practitioners and other market stakeholders to develop and manage inclusive insurance solutions effectively. Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills in product design, pricing, distribution, and performance monitoring, enabling them to create sustainable products that respond to customer needs while achieving greater market reach and impact.
