Medical insurance underwriting managers, claims managers, case managers, actuarial analysts, and insurance brokers with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Logistics
The webinar will be conducted online through the ZEP-RE Academy Learning Management System (LMS). Participants are required to have a stable internet connection and access to a digital device, preferably a laptop or tablet.
Delivery Approach
Day 1: A 90-minute presentation by industry experts, followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session.
Day 2: A brief case study presentation, followed by a moderated panel discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with panelists through questions, comments, and shared observations.
