ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The Advanced Life Assurance Reinsurance Workshop is designed to equip technical experts and/or leaders and managers with the knowledge and skill set needed to effectively manage Life Business in a fast-changing global environment and enhance participants' acumen to the strategic emerging trends in underwriting, claims and reinsurance management.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this workshop, the participants will be able to:

         i.            Explain the fundamental principles of life assurance and reinsurance, including key products and their risk management role.

       ii.            Analyse reinsurance structures, contract components, underwriting processes, and claims workflows.

     iii.            Apply pricing, risk assessment, and financial concepts to evaluate life reinsurance arrangements.

      iv.            Evaluate and propose solutions considering regulatory requirements, operational needs, and emerging trends in life assurance reinsurance.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Life Operations teams with at least 5 years work experience.
